I can't explain why it is happening, but I keep getting bluescreen crashes at random along with a static sound. Sometimes instead of showing a bluescreen the screen shows static.

This happens no matter how much or how little I have open and whether it'd be a game, music/video player or even a text file.

I followed the instructions regarding SF Diagnostic Tool and have stored the folder into the RAR file.

It appears that the driver didn't update at all, either that or that is the current version of the driver. The 2nd BSOD however wasn't a result of that driver at all.

WinDBG still has issues with that driver....if you cannot find an update, uninstall it temporarily.

See if this later video card driver is more stable:
Download AMD Catalyst Drivers 13.12 Windows 7 64 - FileHippo.com

Uninstall the old driver first using this tutorial:

I've tried all of this but nothing seems to work, I think the problem is much more serious than it being an outdated driver. I took a look at my CPU temperature and it sits on average about 70 °C and goes up to 90 °C, I can't imagine what it's at when I'm playing a game. I checked for dust and while there is some, it shouldn't be clogging the system up to the point that it has that temperature.
