All 4 user account get BSOD consistently right after desktop displays w/o any user input since the first BSOD on 3/31, while I was doing something? ordinary. I can login using SAFE w/Networking no problem.
Event logs don't help, nothing seems unusual. No Windows or driver updates since 3/21.
New s/w: installed syslog from Sourceforge on 3/29/13 trying to diagnose slow network SMTP & telnet connections, but syslogd does not run at startup, and is renamed/disabled now. I did have to enable superuser style Adminstrator act. to modify syslog config files due to permissions. Disabled again, but no fix there...
Note that my unlocked quad CPU has generated WHEA-Logger event 19 errors for years now.
SFC scan verifies OK.
AVG free is my virus s/w.

If you have an SSD, make sure the following are up to date:
  • SSD firmware
  • BIOS Version
  • Chipset Drivers
  • Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
  • If you have a Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI device, make sure the drivers are up to date from the Intel site or Marvell site and not from your motherboard/vendor support site.

Check for any file system errors and bad sectors using Option #2 of:
Use this command with Disk Check:

Code:
chkdsk C: /f /r

Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\AVG 2011

AVG is known to cause BSODs, it's best to remove this program with the official AVG removal tools available here:AVG Removal Tool

Install and perform full scans with:

Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system

If you are running a chkdsk you don't need /F and /R. /R does the function of /F.

Code:
 [B]CHKDSK /R C:[/B]

You would need to open an Elevated Command Prompt by clicking on :orb: button type CMD inside the Search programs and files box . Right-click on CMD choose Run as administrator .

Command Prompt should open to this path C:\Windows\System32>_ . Type in the command above and press [ENTER] . Then click on the Y button on the keyboard . Restart the PC and it will start the chkdsk process .

   Note
This might take up to 10mins

Thank you, no BSOD since yesterday... fingers crossed.

Ran chkdsk first on all backup drives first, then in verbose/no fix mode on C: (more than 10 minutes :-)
chkdsk reported an error in phase 5 in the MFT.

So I scheduled it to run with repair on reboot (as required) and rebooted at about 10:30pm. Only 10% into phase 4 at 11:20pm, so I went to bed...
This morning I am logged in & happy so far:-)

No messages or anything in log files about the chkdsk results or repairs.

Per the system event log, it rebooted cleanly at 2:00am with no reference to a recover from previous system crash, etc. So not in SAFE mode and I was able to log in and work normally this morning: lovely!

Suppose I will never know what happened... better that than more BSODs!!!
