My computer was slowing down from being up for a while and not closing browser windows so I closed out of everything, and told my computer to restart. I got the usual pop up and there was a paint window still open that wasn't saved. I gave it no thought and said "Force Restart without Saving" as I had no need for the open window.

When the computer booted up, immeditely after the winrows 7 swirling dots, I am greeted with BSOD

STOP: 0x0000007E (full code in picture)

Unfortunately It never gets past that.

Upon restarting my only options are "launch startup repair" and start windows normally. It attempts the repair, and fails. The details attached in picture

After a few attempts, it just stopped trying to repair and just tells me it can't fix it. Since I cannot even get safe mode option to boot or similar, I cannot install the DM Log Collector from the rules post. Can I install it on another machine to pull logs from the Hard Drive added as an external source?

Things I've attempted to no avail

Disassemble Computer, reseating all components
Unplugging all HardDrives but the boot one
Only having power, and monitors connected to rig (no usb, headphones, input devices etc)
Updating BIOS
Verifying BIOS is set to ACHI for SATA boot up
Pulled the HD completely and connected it to another laptop - which tells me

I have my original Win 7 install disk but that just wants me to do an install or lets me look at tools, but none of them did anything (check disk, command prompt etc)

Any ideas?

The DM Log Collector is not installable, it runs without needing installation.

Your hard drive has bad blocks which chkdsk may not be able to resolve due to physical limitations of the hard drive, otherwise that would've already happened, I would suggest replacing the drive.
