Hy everybody,
I have desktop PC with following configuration;
- Amd Phenom 9500 processor
- Radeon X1550 graphic card (also I have Gigabyte 4650 graphic card, tested with that one, same problem)
- 2GB ram (actually 4, but I'm testing all the components one by one, so in this moment only 2GB)
- some other devices connected to the PC (camera, keyboard,...)
- right now system is on SSD, but same problem is with my HDD that I used until few days ago
- OS: WINDOWS 7

This is a problem;
On Windows Vista everything is running great, not a single problem. But as soon as I switched to the WIN 7, BSOD of begin to appear. Also I tried WIN10, but the same problem as with WIN 7.
If I'm browsing net or doing something regular as writing in word, programming in visual studio, everything is going well, but if I try to watch video on youtube in HD, or playing game, or any other graphically demanding process, BSOD appears.
Please could someone analyze logs, or give me some advice what to do, how to solve this problem.

Thank you,

Petar

Hy,
No problem about delay. YES please, I still need help.
The logs are still available for download, but I have some more information.

I tried everything, was desperate about this problem, so after some time I read about problem similar to mine.
So looks like there is a problem with my processor - Amd Phenom 9500 processor.
With CPU stability test I'm reproducing BSOD mentioned previously.

I can't understand that everything is working great on windows VISTA or UBUNTU (there are BSOD's but every like 30 days), and with WIN 7 or WIN 10, I can't play video for 10 minutes.

Any suggestions, what should I do? I don't want to stay with VIsta, she's a bad girlfriend :(

Thank You

For a better analyse, please use the tool again and upload the zip file, in case of any changes to the system and new BSOD's.

The errors are 0x124 WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (Windows Hardware Error Architecture)
This means that there are problems with your hardware, but this error is mostly caused by overclocking or faulty drivers.

If you are overclocking anything, revert back to stock and test the system.

The CPU cache level 1 is in both the dumps causing the problem.
But Google Chrome is also active in both crashes, please uninstall Chrome as a test.

Code:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: 85b6701c, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.

Make sure you check your temperatures, overheating CPUs will often give 0x124 errors
You can run Prime95 with temperature software running and you will know for sure but chrome has been producing some random BSODs lately so axe0 may have hit it on the head there

Thank you both for your time and your help,

Since I revert back to vista, I'm not able to produce problem again (I need some more time), but the problem was always the same. It's not related to Chrome since it was happening in games also. And it's defenitely processor since CPU stability test causing BSOD's. But, is there any way to fix it without replacing processor?
I'm maintaining my PC very often, so thermal paste is freshly changed and temperature couldn't be a problem. BIOS is at default settings, so it's also not about overclocking. In CPU stability test, temperature raises up to 60 C before BSOD appears.

To sum up everything what is mentioned before;

- It's processors fault, he is causing BSOD, with default bios settings and fresh win 7 installation - according to the CPU stability test. But only in HD videos and games.
- No overclocking or high temperature is cause of this problem.
- Logs uploaded before should be enough - everything I have, if necessary I can install win 7 again and provide more logs.

Thank you all in advance

Have you checked for driver updates for your CPU?
If yes, then you need to replace the CPU.
If not, then there is a chance the drivers are causing it.

CPU driver is officially not a problem.

So only CPU replacement is solution? How does it work on Vista? :(

Thanks

Dust is not a cause,
Temperature is not a cause,
Thermal paste is not a cause,
You have tested the CPU (with Prime95?),

If you ask me, it is pretty clear a compatibility problem.
Most likely is replacing the CPU the only solution.
