BSOD while gaming, error 0x0000007e

Hello, im been tryna fix this for like 3 weeks now and still cant fix it. Everything started when i upgraded my GPU to GTX 750Ti ive been getting BSOD's PFN_LIST_CORRUPT but i managed to fix it due ram failure, since then ive been getting KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR i only get it when im gaming, sometimes it triggers on the first seconds on the game sometimes in the middle of the game after 2hours its really random. Im suspecting it could be my old HDD, im using it for 3 years already and considering its a Green version, but im not sure so im posting here for more help.

There is some hints re the hard drive has an issue but lets go here first.

I think the issue may be a bigger problem with the underlying the installation itself - its counterfeit, and there tends to be all sorts of modifications to critical system files (such as NTFS.sys) in these sorts of installations. For this reason, I tend not to waste time troubleshooting these. A clean install of genuine software is the way to go here.
