BSOD at pretty much all times.

I uninstalled it, got another atikmdag.sys blue screen, and when I try and update those drivers it still says setup does not support my device or whatever. Also, under other devices in the device manager, it says there are no drivers installed for my PCI input device, I don't know if that is relevant.

See if you can install the Creative drivers now. Also, if you could upload the blue screen crash, I can take a look at the latest ones and see if there is any new information.

Due to NTFS.sys, which suggests that your hard drive may have corrupted files. Run Disk Check with both boxes checked for all HDDs and with Automatically fix file system errors checked for all SSDs. Post back your logs for the checks after finding them using http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/96938-check-disk-chkdsk-read-event-viewer-log.html

Your latest blue screen .dmp file was corrupted, probably due to your hard disk error previous to it.

That is. Recommend running again since Windows had to make corrections to the file system. Run until it reports that no errors were found.

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 9158d9c8, The address that the exception occurred at

Yeah, but recently I just upgraded from a 4850 to a 5770 and I had the same problem with the 4850 thats why I upgraded, so I don't think that is the problem.

I do have one piece of good news. Your latest .dmp file was not corrupted, so we seem to have cleaned up the corrupted file system.

Your latest crash was a KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M crash. For these, possible causes are hard disk corruption (which hopefully no longer exists), hardware issues, a virus, your antivirus software, or lack of Windows updates/driver updates. We'll start with hardware. If you are overclocking anything, please stop.

Run the boot version of Memtest86+ paying close attention to Parts 2 and 3 of the tutorial. Also, in case Memtest86+ misses anything and comes up with no errors, run the extended version of the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool for at least five passes. These you may want to run overnight since they take a long time to complete (run them an hour before bed each of the next two nights and check before going to sleep that they are still running).

Some hardware may have incompatible drivers. An underlying driver may be incompatible\conflicting with your system. Run Driver Verifier to find any issues. To run Driver Verifier, do the following:
a. Backup your system and user files
b. Create a system restore point
c. If you do not have a Windows 7 DVD, Create a system repair disc
d. Run Driver Verifier

If Windows cannot start in normal mode with driver verifier running, start in safe mode. If it cannot start in safe mode or normal mode, restore the system restore point using http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html OPTION TWO.

Thanks to zigzag3143 for contributing to the Verifier steps.
If you are unable to start Windows with all drivers being verified or if the blue screen crashes fail to create .dmp files, run them in groups of 5 or 10 until you find a group that causes blue screen crashes and stores the blue screen .dmp files.

I just ran the Memory Diagnostics Tool and didn't even put it on extended and it said there was hardware problems. When I look at the logs it shows this: The Windows Memory Diagnostic tested the computer's memory and detected hardware errors. To identify and repair these problems, contact the computer manufacturer. The window also just popped up saying I have a memory problem.

I will run the Memtest tonight, is there any other way to figure out what the problem is?

Sounds like you have bad RAM or incompatible RAM. The best way to rectify such problems is to contact companies that make RAM like Corsair or G-Skill and find out what RAM is compatible with your motherboard and CPU. You can also check your motherboard for RAM that is compatible. See http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Memory/motherboard_memory_ga-ep45-ud3p.pdf

Due to the age of your motherboard, I think you may be better off contacting memory manufacturers since many of the memory modules listed for the board may no longer be available.

Should I contact the company who made my RAM?, because I'm not quite sure who it is or what I have.

Disregard the first part, how do I find out the make and model?

Alright, so we can be sure of all your hardware, download and install HWiNFO64 Download, run without the box checked for sensor only, and click Save Report. Browse for where you want to save it so you will remember where it is. Save as html and then upload to this thread for us to look at.

It appears that you have four DDR2-SDRAM OCZ OCZ2N10661G modules. They are not listed as being compatible with the motherboard, so that may be part of the problem. The RAM itself may also be faulty. You could try testing each stick individually and seeing how it does with Memtest86+ and/or the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. Or you could test two at time if the board is designed to run two at a time.
