Solved BSOD at random times, error 0x000007a.

As title says keep getting random driven crashes. I have ran memtest for 8 passes no errors. I have chkdsk my C:\ drive nothing wrong. I have been hearing clicking but SMART is saying everything is okay.

Last crash that happened a few minutes ago while just browsing nets on chrome completely locked up the computer and didn't save a crash dump and the 0x000007a was the error code for that crash. The last crash before that was a few days ago and I removed a 2nd hdd from the computer as I thought it was that drive causing the crash, it is still disconnected.

Any help will be appreciated.

Counterfeit installations such as yours can contain heavily modified code that can cause the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSODs and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is completely unreliable, and for this reason most analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine copy of Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing and make subsequent diagnosis of BSODs far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation and are still experiencing BSODs, upload your new logs we will be happy to help you solve them.

I should have known this before posting here. I have a key that is valid but I do not have access to a clean copy of windows, I have verified that the windows is genuine with ultimate pid checker. I don't know what info from the program I should and shouldn't share or even if I should be asking for this in another thread tbh. I really want to install a legit copy preferable straight away. Sorry for my stupidity before.

Just got 2 BSOD while playing a game. This is the first time it's happened since reinstalling. I played GTA 5 for about 4-5 hours yesterday no bothers. The crash today happened after 30 minutes of Planetside 2. I have attached the required information.

I guess your drivers are all up-to-date? having clean installed and all.

I had 2 drivers not installed, usb 3.0 and my chipset drivers. I installed them both and restarted to crash again after a lengthy black screen instead of the windows logo in the centre of the screen coming up. I attached the dump for this crash.

Can you re-run the log collector as a couple of files are missing and one of the dump files is corrupt.
