Solved BSOD at random times, error 0x000007a.

So I ran the full test of seagate tools. There was 6 error near the end of the disk. It says that it has fixed them. I ran chkdsk on both my c and d drive as its just partitioned. No errors where found.

OK test the system for stability. It's worth noting thought that once a disk is starting to denegrate it's only going to go one way.

Well I have just played the game that was making it crash with no problems. I understand that the drive is going to go down. I checked the warranty and there is one week left on by coincidence. Do you think they will exchange it even though the long scans said it fixed the drive? What do you recommend to test for stability??

Just use the PC as normal and see if the BSODs reoccur. If you still have warranty on it start the RMA now, this thread is proof of the drive being bad.
