BSOD at random times: Error : 0000000000041284

Hi, I am new to the forums. I keep getting the BSOD for unknown reasons at random times. I have updated all my softwares and also did a memory test through memtest86. It does not mention that I have anything wrong with my ram. Please help in anyway possible. The computer I have is for:

Dell optiplex 745
Intel Core 2 Duo 4300 @ 1.80GHz
3GB Ram
ATI Radeon x1300/x1550 Series
1 TB Seagate Hard drive

I have bought a new hard drive and installed windows 7 on there fine but after using the computer for about 10 minutes, the computer would go to the BSOD several times again... Please help if possible...
