BSOD at random times, error ntoskrnl.exe

Hi i am new to this, i keep getting blue screen at random and dont know how to debug minidump file and i am running out of patience with this pc thanks in advance and that is the most recent one ive had.

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this:

• Click on the Start rb:
• Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box
• When it opens, go to File, Save
• Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember
• Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info
• Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder
• Upload the .zip file here.

Post a screen shot with crystal disk info:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Hard drive test both short and long with:

Problematic software:

Start Menu\Programs\RegAce System Suite	Public:Start Menu\Programs\RegAce System Suite	Public

Please uninstall AVG, it contributes in BSoDs. Use free Microsoft Security Essentials instead. It's light weight and does not create problems with the windows 7 OS. Refrain from using PC optimizer/Registry Cleaners like the one you have installed. These things wreck the system beyond repair. You also need to update your graphic card drivers to their latest. Avoid CCC as in Catalyst control center during installation of fresh drivers. Use Revo Uninstaller (Advance mode) to get rid of the registry cleaner.

For the ATI drivers, uninstall it from control panel first:
Click on the Start rb: ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall the ATI related stuff. If there are driver remnants use Driver Sweeper to get rid of them.

Then run the System File Checker that scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible and run Disk Check again

Could be How old is your computer?

i built it about 3 month ago and the bsods were bad at first but then they stopped for a while until yesterday when i had 1

i dont have warranty on it as i bought the motherboard second hand and yeah im nearly done, just doin system scan now

i have also rebooted about 7 times in the last 3 month and the problem does not go away
