BSOD At random times. Idk the error code. I did not record it :/

So I bought this Laptop for 10$ off my friend whos moving to vegas. I'm thinking it has bad RAM but I dont know a lot about Comp. hardware. Hopefully you can help me out. Here's the SF DT .zip file.

The BIOS is very old here. Try to update it.

Dont you use any Antivirus? I failed to find any in your system. You should use Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

As it is indicating the RAM modules, stress test those.

Update

Okay so i tested RAM and it says no problem detected however on the test boot it said that my processor was disabled? idk if thats normal Anyways I also updated my BIOS and I just blue screened earlier today. Heres the most recent crash dump.
