BSOD at random times (more often in games) error 0x000000f4

Hello and thanks in advance,
My computer seems to be crashing at random times and if restarted after a BSOD it goes into a black screen with a blinking vertical bar/slash and requires me to select the ssd from the boot menu(there seems to be two different options for ssd's? I have to chose the second for windows to start) Please help i'm hoping i don't have to do a clean reinstall as I lost my windows 7 disc about a year ago. View attachment 294591

Make it sure that your Crucial M4 SSD is running with the up-to-date firmware.

You have 1TB HDD + 120 GB SSD. So you dont need ASRock 3TB+ Unlocker. Uninstall it. If it is an option in the BIOS, disable it.

And, uninstall Silicon Image SiI 3132 SoftRaid 5 Controller.

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall Daemon Tools at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

• Double click to open it.
• Click this button only:
• 
• If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept then restart.

It hasn't crashed since! One problem though, my computer still boots up to a black screen with a flashing | so I have to mainly enter myself into the boot menu where I'm greeted by three options... ssd(something I can't recall) and SSD2(other SSD option) and RAID. I have to select the second option for it to boot.
