BSOD At Random Times - Really Annoying Help Please!

I have had BSOD for quite a long time. Last month I reinstalled windows to it so started fresh but still have the BSOD!

I have the dmp files, very small files which seems odd.
I will attach the dmp files to this thread, if someone could please look at this to help me it'll be great.
