BSOD at random

Hello,

I have a problem with a blue screen error. I have windows 7 ultimate x64. Error details:

- Install the latest drivers ATI Radeon
- Reboot into normal mode

I've tested the RAM and done 13 passes without any errors at all. Don't know what to do next. Any other ideas? Thanks again for the help
