Hello all.
Lately (over the past couple of months) my PC has been freezing randomly when opening new tabs on Chrome. I've also noticed during a cold start up (12+ hours of being shut down) it will freeze at the "Starting Windows..." screen. Today while starting, I was greeted by a BSOD. However, no minidump file was created for it?

I believe it is a similar error to what I was having when I first built the PC, which was a memory issue that allotted to a bad stick of RAM. I installed a CORSAIR VENGEANCE 4gb stick sometime last month however I'm not sure if this is causing the problem or not. My PC runs perfect any other time besides randomly opening new tabs in Chrome and at a cold start up.

Attached is a minidump file from earlier this month. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You need to update these two drivers at first. The BSOD is being caused by the USB mouse, and these two are directly related with it.

^Thank you so much! I updated both drivers and will have to see how it works. I should know by this weekend.

@VistaKing: I apologize for doing this wrong. I did use the program to collect the dmp files because I thought that was all that was needed. However, I updated the .rar file attached in my post after using "Grab All".

OK, now give it a time and observe the situation. Also upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
I guess it was required, as it can give us some additional information to shoot your trouble. Perhaps (I guess) VistaKing was asking for it.
