My wife got a Dell PC for work from home and it worked fine for about 4 month but it started crashing at start-up with blue screen. I don't fully understand what the problem is from the dump file that's why I need some expert help. Thank You

Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Do some USB related troubleshootng. For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

  1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
  2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
  3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
  5. Do the same for all.
  6. Restart the computer.
  7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.
And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

Let us know the results. If the problem persists, post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions next time.

Thank You Arc for you help. From where did you get that Norton may be the culprit for this? !analyze –v doesn't return anything about Norton? I have same Norton running on my laptop W7 and other desktop pc with no problems.
I’ll try USB driver re install, this may be the problem..

Thank You

I found it from your dump, that one you provided.

All the times analyze_v is not enough of a dump reading, you need to go deeper through the dumps to find the problems out.

And, It is norton that is the problem; I can sight a lot of similar issues to you, if you want (here's one.... http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-...ed-slow-down-ran-who-crashed.html#post2273320). But at the end, it is your computer, and the decision is only your.
