BSOD at startup

i built a new pc 4-5 days back..but it has started giving me problems.i have already installed windows 7 64 bit twice...it worked fine for few hours...but started giving problems at startups...

config
amd phenom 2 x6 1055
msi 890gxm-g65 motherboard
2x2 gb kingston ram
windows 7 x64 (7600)

what could be the problem ?

Remove AVG and use MSE

Is there any hardware error or driver conflicts...because i also installed 32bit version...and it is also giving bsod...

AVG was the cause, use MSE(available for free) instead

removed avg...but i am still getting bsod...

this happens mostly after a cold boot...this time when i booted after installing firefox 3.6.12 ...

thanks ...problem got solved...ultimately the bad ram was the culprit (ran memtest)...just removed that dim...now its working just fine...Thanks for the support...
