BSOD atikmpag.sys no joy after trying other fixes.

hardware about a year old

Processor:AMD phenom 9950 quad core
Motherboard: MSI MS-7375
Memory: 8gb DDR2 1066hz
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 6870
Soundcard : Creative SB Audigy 4


hey, i know there are many other forums about this type of BSOD, and after trying all the suggested fixes i have found, i still have no luck, i have tried rolling back drivers, memory tests (passed) stress tested the graphics card (passed). Nothing seems to work.

Generally without running games my computer doesnt experiance this crash, but when trying to play games, my computer screen will freeze but sound will continue for a few seconds and then BSOD. This seems to be after a random time aswell, as i can sometimes play for a few hours before a BSOD and others its been only 5-10 mins before BSOD. Latest game ive been playing regulary is World of Warcraft.

Will attach dump files, any help would be much appreciated, or anyone know of any fixes that actually work.

Basically this is a sign of a defective graphic card, RMA it it is still under warranty
