You have a Dell OEM license on a computer with a 2008 BIOS,

Code:
</Version><SMBIOSVersion major="2" minor="5"/><Date>[COLOR="Red"]2008[/COLOR]0715000000.000000+000</Date></BIOS>

This can only be done using illegal cracks or hacks. Your installation is counterfeit.

Counterfeit installations such as yours contained heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them :)

I installed every application, everything seems ok for now. I can run youtube clips again.
Now I have a last, maybe a stupid question - Since I have old graphic card, and my driver is already installed by a microsoft, do I need to download latest driver from Nvidia site or it's not necessary? - I am worried, that I don't get again some BSOD attacks or maybe monitor shut down..

That one is hardware related,

Code:

Let's do some hardware tests

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Are you overclocking? As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

Let us know the results.

- Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

I followed your instructions in the tutorial, and I let it run for 10m, with the current resolution, which desktop has 1680x1050.
As you can see from the screenshot, for some reason it didn't want to display the additional information,
but I can tell you that I was following whole workflow.
So, before I started, GPU temperature was 39+/-. When I run the "Burn-in-test", temperature of the GPU is raised quickly from 39 to 60 in 2m30s.
For the other minutes, the rate of the temperature rise was slowed, and reached max 72,
wherein for the last 5 minutes, the temperature varied 70-71.
