Hey guys, ive been having this bsod problem for a while now, sometimes it can be infrequent and other times it can crash after every reboot, i think it may have something to do with windows live messenger because 9/10 after opening messenger it crashes but i had expierienced bsod problems before there was any problem with windows live.
I have and Advent Roma 3001, recently bought only a couple of months old, it has a T3100 Celeron Processor. When purchased it had Windows 7 Home premium on it, and since then i have formatted it and re installed Windows 7 Ultimate. I understand this could be a driver issue but i doubt it because i have installed new audio and visual drivers but i am geting Driverpack solutions. I am attaching the minidump file for all who may wish to take a look at it, Btw the error message shown when it crashes is Bad pool caller. It would be greatly apreciated if someone could help me, thankyou.

There is no DMP file in that one. Please make sure to run the tool as administrator, or just simply
Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy all of the dmp files to the desktop. Select all>right-click on one>Send to>New Compressed folder. Then attach the zip file to your next post by use of the paperclip icon in the advanced editor.

Hi and welcome to SF!

This is pretty straight forward, it was caused by RTL8187Se.sys, Realtek RTL8187S Wireless LAN PCIE Network Adapter. Please download and install fresh copy of it.

Hi,

I hate to say this but the DMP still blame RTL8187Se.sys. It can be device driver or device itself that is faulty.
You can let Device manager re-install it automatically by uninstall that device and re-boot your machine.

I'm sorry but that's so straight forward from the DMP.

Right, i eventually found what i think is the right driver coz it has that exact name on it, i believe it to be this one
Realtek
I downloaded the file and unzipped it and than ran the setup application and rebooted, upon reboot i could not connect to the internet or find any wirless networks, it was as if i didnt have a wireless card, so i did a system restore and im back here, so any help? This is really puzzling me :S

Have you tried to remove all trace of older version by going to Device manager and click uninstall under the drop down from the wireless card before installing the new one downloaded?
When you install the new driver, make sure to go to device manager to see if the card is listed there.

hmm

Right, ive just re formatted my laptop, so i can install a 54 bit version of windows, and also in a hope that i would no longer be blue screened, and within an hour of re downloading my applications i get bluescreened. i checked the minidump folder and there was only one file in there.

I have attached the file for you to take a look at and would be greatly appreciative if you could check what the problem is.

Thankyou

Hi and Welcome to SF!!!

This is pretty straight forward, RTL8187Se.sys, which is your Realtek networking driver, was blamed in the dmp. In looking through your driver, I could see that it is pretty old and probably the cause

Please go to your laptop manufacture website, download the newest version of the networking driver and install. Make sure to go to device manager, uninstall current driver before installing new one please.
