BSOD bad pool header after every startup

hello.

Can anyone help?

5 minutes after every start up I get bsod 'BAD_POOL_HEADER' or sometimes an irql not less or equal bsod. After restart the computer works ok.

windows 7 32-bit installed for about 1 month
dell inspiron 6400, 3 years old.
new ram recently added - now has 2 gb
