BSOD Bad Poor Caller

Hi Guys

Just formatted my laptop cause it was lagging and rather full, so i reinstalled Windows & Ultimate 64bit after a short while got a lovely BSOD message. This happened to this laptop when i installed it last time too but i cant for the life of me remember how i fixed it :/.
The error is Bad Pool Caller as stated in the title.
Laptop is Advent Roma 3000.
Ill attach the scan zip

Related to RTL8187Se.sys RTL8187S PCIE NDIS Driverr from Semiconductor Corporation. Yours is almost 3 years old. I would update it from the mfr.
