Hi everyone,

I was hoping you could help. I installed Windows 7 on a 3 yr old laptop that previously had Vista on it. I installed win 7 enterprise x32 from scratch. I got a BSOD on the synaptics driver, so I updated that and it seems to have fixed that problem. Now I am getting BSOD on something else. I suspect the video drivers but I am not sure. Can you please take a look at the attached files and let me know what the debugger says.

The zip file contains several dumps. I think I only need to know what happened on the most recent dump.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Capt'n! I upgraded the Realtek driver but I'm still getting a BSOD.:( I think there is another bad driver in addition to Realtek. I'll grab another dump and post it later.

OK, here is the dump file. Please run it though the debugger and tell me what it says. Thank you and merry Christmas ( or happy hanukkah, or kwanza, or whatever your preference:) )

OK, nevermind that minidump. I upgraded the video driver and the bsods have stopped. For now. Thanks for your help to date Sevenforums team.
