BSoD BCCode 3b and 7e- random but mainly games

Hello,

sometimes I'm having random BSoDs. Most common BCCode's are 3b and 7e. BlueScreenViewer says that in 90% cases ntoskrnl.exe is faulty.

BSoD' happens mostly when I play but also in some strange situations like closing the game, or pressing play on flash player movies... I wonder if it's GPU software or hardware problem...

I attach minidump files.

Thank you for any hints!

PC specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (2nd time, before I also had BSoD's)
CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 445 BUT! @B45 with locked 4th core and unlocked L3 cache.
GPU: Inno3D GTX 260-216 SP - Newest drivers but occured on many different drivers
MOBO: ASRock M3A770DE
PSU: FORTRON FSP460-60GHN 80+
RAM: Goodram 2x2GB CL9, memtested them for 1h, should I try more?
HDD: Samsung HD502HJ - not yet tested

Thank you Dave for quick answer!

Graphic drivers:
I had BSoD on like 10-15 different version of Nvidia drivers but as you said, I installed(upgraded) to the newest driver over actual ones (2 or 3 builds older...). Anyway, if I'll have BSoD I'll install 306.23WHQL as you said.

Audio drivers:
my previous one are from mobo manufacturer site and yes, they are older than one which you suggested. I uninstalled old ones and installed the new ones.

Thank you again Dave for help! I hope I won't have to write here except to thank you :)

P.S. Could you tell me what kind of debugging tool do you use? I have something called "BlueScreenView" and it doesn't provide such detailed data...

Ouch, again BSoD...
It happened when I pressed exit in Fifa 13... I'll add that it's not first time when I got BSoD after exiting a game.
P.S. Should I install 306.23WHQL? At the moment I have 314.07

Thank you for your reply :)

Uninstall AVG for testing purposes.
As an alternative please install Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

:ar: Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Despite having the latest display Driver you still experience BSOD. Let us use an earlier stable one as a test?

Download and install Driver Fusion.
Reboot the computer in Advanced Boot Options, safe mode. Search Driver Fusion in your start menu, and remove all components of your nVidia display driver.
If it says the the free version of Driver Fusion cannot remove all the elements, stop there and follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Drivers > Beta and Legacy; search there with your cards particulars for GeForce 306.23 Driver, dated 13.9.2012 and install it.
Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Is the computer hot? Report the temp of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage.
Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

I also checked your logs and found a few Out of date drivers:

Hello,
thank you Dave for all your answers!
0. I had unlocked L3 cache but I reverted to normal state for BSoD checking perspective
1. Uninstalled AVG and installed Microsoft Security Essentials (no viruses found anyway).
2. Uninstalled Nvidia drivers in safe mode with Control Panel and deleted it's part firstly with Driver Fusion then with Driver Sweeper; Then I've installed 306.23-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-english-whql. Anyway, it's great driver. Newer made FIFA 13 occasionally blink black for miliseconds.
3. I think I had v 1.2 of xbox controller driver but I've installed the one proposed by you.
4. Installed new realtek drivers
5. Temperatures:
(after playing FIFA 13, later I'll provide after playing SimCity because I think it heats CPU a lot.
CPU: 63
MOBO: 43
GPU: 53
HDD: 44
6. Furmark:
Furmarked for 10 mins.
Temp quickly reached 80 and didn't go more with fan speed 54%
No artifacts detected.

1st screen:
After playing FIFA 13
2nd:
After furmark
3rd:
During SimCity 5

Thanks for the info, those temps seem fine.

Post back a new SF log if you experience a new BSOD.
