BSOD BCCode 9f while unattended (going to or waking from sleep?)

Sometimes when I go to wake the computer from sleep it wakes up and everything's fine, but other times (and fairly often) I find that it's powered off and after powering it back on I get the crash report. So not sure what's triggering it and not even sure when it's happening!
