First of all thanks for your analysis and advice!
I haven´t done the Seatools for DOS and Memtest86+ simply because I didn´t have empty CDs
However I did all the rest and its been two weeks and no BSOD ever since..
I gonna risk it and leave it as it is, hopefully the problem whatever it was got resolved..
