While browsing suddenly windows getting slow when i open folder or explorer, and hdd make click sound. can sombody help me for this problem?

from the minidump report, what part of my hardware/Software make this error?

CHKDSK and CrystalReport

Yesterday i do CHKDSK and CrystalDisk report (attached screenshot), BSOD not yet appeared, no badsector on HDD too, but in 30 minutes or 1 hour my HDD start clicking again, i think you're right, the problem its on my harddisk drive.

this is strange, because i replaced this hard disk last month and the old one have same problem,
i still can read my file but very slow to access folder or open explorer when HDD start clicking.
overheating or something maybe. i hope with this information can solved the problem. :)
