Hello,
For some days I have all the time a blue screen after a few minutes.
I try everything: Check ram (memetest, memetest86, ram windows diagnostic), change the ram modules and port DIMM
The safe mode works fine for many hours so i guess its not an hardware problem ?!

I did a virus check via ZPHDiag and remove any error one by one (Hijackthis-like)
I hope you'll help me thank you in advance.
Sometime i manage to run in normal mode and lot of application just stop working etc, Windows update is also not running. (i wanted to upgrade to windows 10 to fix windows issues)

I wouldn't suggest you try to upgrade to Windows 10 until the issues are gone.
An upgrade won't solve it, but brings the issues over to the new OS and with the upgrade the problems will only be more in most cases.

NOTE: the msinfo32.nfo is corrupted
Search msinfo32.exe and try to open it. If it opens correctly, SAVE it, right click and copy it to a zip file, upload the zip.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

I've uninstall All nvidia product.
Seatool do not recognize any HDD (its a new one i bought it a month ago).
You are right when i try to save msinfo32.exe and open it after it say its corrupted
I manage to install HD tunes without problem but it failed for Intel driver (Windows installer not activated in safe mode, sometime it happen i dunno why, i will try in normal mode) Its like something block it and same for microsoft Security essentials
For HD tunes the health section doesnt look like to work

Boot in safe mode and try following below

Please try following:

• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
• When it finished reboot your system
• Open again an admin command prompt
• Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Update 2 : I did the sfc/scannow 1 time everything was clear then i reboot my computer for the second try and my computer was stuck on windows startup repair. It did an automatic system restore(atleast 1 week ago, nvidia avast spybot etc are now again installed).
Windows still bsod and sfc/scannow are clean (in safe mode)
i dont understand what's wrong with this computer dont even know if its hardware or software

I find it odd about the diagnostic repair, its why I suggested hdd scans again.

At this point, it is still a little difficult to tell if it is a hardware or software problem. In safe mode no problems, what rules out many possibilities
With safe mode it usually means a software issue, BUT the graphics card drivers are NOT loaded in safe mode. Windows uses its own graphics drivers. With the graphics drivers being flagged a lot in multiple dumps it is still not clear if this is software or hardware related.

I recommend to uninstall ASUS software, it is known for causing BSOD's.

I am not sure if DriversCloud is a program for updating drivers through that program, so I'm just going to add it

   Warning

Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with DriversCloud, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window
