BSOD before and after OS reinstall, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

The only thing I see in the Add/Remove (related to that) are AMD Catalyst Install Manager and 4 different Microsoft C++ programs. Shall I uninstall and reinstall all of these again?

Yes

Alright. Before I do anything, here are my options (I'm installing everything again and I hope it works because a 800x600 screen is a real headache) :

AMD Catalyst Install Manager - version 8.0.916.0 - greyed out, already installed, cannot modify/uncheck selection
HDMI Audio Driver - version 7.12.0.7718 - selected, not installed, can uncheck to not install
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable (x64) - version 10.0.30319 - greyed out, not installed, cannot modify/uncheck selection
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) - version 11.0.50727 - greyed out, not installed, cannot modify/uncheck selection
HydraVision - version 4.2.252.0 - selected, not installed, can uncheck to not install
AMD AHCI compatible SATA RAID driver - version 3.3.1540.40 - "already installed and up to date", cannot modify/uncheck selection
AMD Catalyst Control Center - version 2014.0417.2226.38446 - selected, not installed, can uncheck to not install

In short, only HydraVision and AMD Catalyst Control Center can be modified to be or not to be installed. You mentioned for a driver to not have AMD CCC installed so I was wondering if it still applies now.

So I've installed everything from previous post. I know you're busy with other things so I went ahead. Sorry this is going nowhere! :,<

The HDMI Audio Driver failed to install. There's not much explanation given but that.

I can change my screen resolution now, 1600x1200, although I think I had it bigger than that. The screen looks a bit too stretched horizontally. I can't get my second screen to work though. "Input Not Supported" is merrily floating along so I'm stuck with one.

SFC came clean. I think this will be a reoccurrence. I have a restore point before I did all these change if I need to go back.

Is ATI Radeon HD 4250 your onboard card?

In that case you should check for update on its driver via windows update.

Did that, and everything came back. What's next?

Also, since CrystalDiskInfo couldn't detect my disk I installed and am using the trial versions of Hard Disk Sentinel and HDTune. And hum... this is what HDS tells me right when it loads:

The drive found 155 bad sectors during its self test.
There are 155 weak sectors found on the disk surface. They may be remapped any time in the later use of the disk.
66 errors occurred during data transfer. This may indicate problem of the device or with data/power cables. It is recommended to examine and replace the cables if possible.
It is recommended to examine the log of the disk regularly. All new problems found will be logged there.

It also tells me although Performance is 100%, Health is about 13% and might live 30 days more.

A SMART test from HDTune also tells me there are 155 unstable sectors. And when I tried to do an error scan with it, my computer crashed and restarted when it got to roughly 75% (it scans in blocks of 381MB) BUT I can scan if I skip 70% to 79% and start at 80% to 100%. It doesn't even map anything in red to show damaged blocks, the program and my OS just keels over. So I'm thinking my problem is a lot more than just faulty display drivers. :'<

About the display driver, nothing serious after getting a driver via windows update.

About the HDD, first try to replace the SATA and power cable, see how it corks. If no improvement is visible, back your data up and get new one.
