- Original graphic card purchased was an open box BIOSTAR VA5573NHG1 Radeon HD 5570 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card. Due to the ongoing intermittent crashes I returned within the Newegg.com open box policy and grabbed the Sapphire card. Did not make the crashes go away but since the old card was open box it was the weakest link.
