Eset Nod32 is the process running at the time of crash in one of the dump, I would suggest to remove Eset Nod32 for testing purpose. Third party antivirus are notorious for causing BSODs and Eset Nod32 is not an exception.
How to uninstall or remove ESET Nod32 antivirus totally?

If you need an alternative program to try, u can try Microsoft security essential, it is known for BSODs free:

ive removed eset and am now installing kaspersky in place of it. also speedfn is the latest version (4.41)

i also updated the ATi graphics driver since i noticed it was also out of date. so far so good. ill keep vigilant to see if it decides to act up again.

Please remove Kaspersky from your system completely. Any third party anti-virus software can cause this kind of stop error, with svchost.exe is the thing being blamed. svchost.exe can be recognized as virus sometime and I doubt Kaspersky is the thing made that crash. Please remove it:

Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products

I don't say that removing it will completely solve the problem but at least we can eliminate 1 cause.

Try Microsoft security Essential for now please, It is BSODs free trust me, and use built in firewall of window.

Also, please Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.
