BSOD comes up seemingly at random. Not sure what other information would be of value, it just started doing this recently and now does it multiple times a day.

-64 bit
-Original install of windows 7
-Asus U30JC, 4gb ram, I3
-OEM
-7 months since I bought it, original OS

Editing system specs now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Tr3mor, welcome to SF!

I've got some more checking to do but your last dump blames your standard usbhub.sys driver. See quote below.

If you've changed any system configuration, specially with usb devices or settings, try to (temporarily) roll-back or disable.

Thanks for the response. It is curious it is the usbdriver, I have not made any changes to it that I know of in the last few months and it just started doing this a week or so ago.

I have updated the chipset, but it still bluescreens every hour. How would I go about checking for the usbdriver in other directories? I can view all hidden files, search doesn't bring up any other copies and the directories before the /driver folder do not have any copies just by looking through.

Just in case, how would I roll back drivers? I already have restored to at least 2 weeks prior to when this became an issue and still get the BSOD.

Again, thanks a lot for the help.

Upload your latest dmp's please, they'll contain new info.

Also, it's an off chance , but check you rpwersetting modes. More people have had freeeze, BSOD or similar problems since one (I have not identified which) update from microsoft... Set ALL powersaving off, including the energysaving modes per device

Just an after thought. In addition to the usbhub.sys please do the following http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/165554-usb-driver-general-fix-problems.html#post1417126

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

Read here for more information http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Let us know the results from the report at the end.

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
