Solved BSOD but will boot and connect to internet when in safe mode

As of today, 11/05/2015, Windows 7 PC used for work booted but when trying to connect (wireless and wired) got BSOD; does boot and operate in Safe mode.

I have run both Spybot and Malwarebytes but still have the same issue.

I have run the Forum's BSOD tool and have attached the file to this post.

I do have Norton.

Let me know if I can provide more information.

I appreciate your expertise with locating exactly what is the issue.

Note: the PC is used to take a course (government) which requires Explorer v9 and Windows 7.

These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot speed.

Please uninstall Norton

Norton is causing you issues with problems due to network activity.

Solved BSOD W7 64bit - Uninstall Norton and clean up startup

It is resolved now; PC boots and office programs are working; I can finish the course now.
