Been having some other errors lately, like two random shutdowns and one error during starting up about intel store manager something and PC was stuck. Prior to this I also had few BSOD but I forgot the cause because I didnt have the dmp files, it used to happen once every 2-3weeks.

dmp and the needed info's from the bsod guide on attachments, thanks

What do you mean its corrupt? What does sfc /scannow going to do?

I opened the dmp file with bsodviewer and it was fine.

Hello ragnaroks,

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Uninstall RivaTurner Overclocking tools.

2. Uninstall CfosSpeed

3. Uninstall Daemon Tools and you can use MagicDisc as replacement of DT.
Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

Then we'll see how things go.

APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (1)
This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
calls to disable and re-enable APCs. The key data item is the
Thread->KernelApcDisable field. A negative value indicates that a driver
has disabled APC calls without re-enabling them. A positive value indicates
that the reverse is true. This check is made on exit from a system call.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000076e217ba, address of system function (system call)
Arg2: 0000000000000000, Thread->ApcStateIndex << 8 | Previous ApcStateIndex
Arg3: 00000000ffff0000, Thread->KernelApcDisable
Arg4: fffff880063f7ca0, Previous KernelApcDisable

Hello again,

Here are my suggestions:

1. Uninstall AVG then replace it with MSE → Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

2. Uninstall Core Temp

3. Update these drivers:
Code:
Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 01:04:13 2009 → [URL="http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/"]Realtek NIC Driver[/URL]
RTKVHD64.sys Tue Aug 04 01:50:52 2009 → Realtek HD Audio
4. See if the BSOD problem persist, then enable Driver Verifier to find out any faulty drivers.

Hey wish,

I can't and don't know how to update my NIC driver. When I download the file, it comes with some small files without any autorun/setup and I don't know how to update it. I have a realtek PCI-E 100mb gigab ethernet.

For your NIC driver:
In the website, navigate to Gigabit Ethernet PCI ExpressSoftware
Then download Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program (SID:1462014)

I did all what you said and after turning the verifier.exe on, I got like 2-3 blue screens in a row but it doesn't collect the dump file. It says initializing dump file... and gets stuck like that for 15mins. I went safe mode and turn the verifier off.

Is there somewhere to see the verifier's logfile orso? With the verifier on the computer always crashes right when the desktop appears.

Still getting f*cked by ntoskrnl.exe all the time.

It ALWAYS (5 days in a row) happens right after I start my PC and I start browsing/chatting/opening documents etc.

Hi ragnaroks,
Have you followed my advice to uninstall AVG and use MSE instead for a time being?
Because I see AVG process is blamed on your latest dump file.

Also try these hardware tests:
1. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
2. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html

Post back with any result.

Hey wish,

I've been really busy with work lately. So far I uninstalled my AVG and replaced it with avast.

I haven't tried the hardware tests yet.

About 4 of the 5 times when I cold boot my PC, it always crashes once or two times after ~15 seconds when my desktop appears. Sometimes there is a blue screen, sometimes the computer is stuck and I'm unable to move.

Could you check the these dump files I got for the past two weeks? (note: the other errors weren't bluescreens but rather just computer freeze)

Hello,
I still suggest you to perform the hardware tests.

APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (1)
This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
calls to disable and re-enable APCs. The key data item is the
Thread->KernelApcDisable field. A negative value indicates that a driver
has disabled APC calls without re-enabling them. A positive value indicates
that the reverse is true. This check is made on exit from a system call.
Arguments:
Arg1: 000000007762186a, address of system function (system call)
Arg2: 0000000000000000, Thread->ApcStateIndex << 8 | Previous ApcStateIndex
Arg3: 00000000ffff0000, Thread->KernelApcDisable
Arg4: fffff88008673ca0, Previous KernelApcDisable

Hello wish,

I did both the test (Ram and cpu) and no errors. Anti-root killer also didn't work. Will formatting my pc help?

I'm so pissed about this crap BSOD, i formatted my pc and installed W7 ultimate 32bit. And the error still occurs, more than ever. The computer always shuts down/restarts/error/bsod like 3-4 times RIGHT AFTER 1-2 MINUTE WHEN WINDOWS IS DONE LOADING at startup.

Should I go for a new PC? Is there a part thats maybe defect? Whats the cause?

Here are the latest dmp, I know alot of drivers still missing but I don't think the drivers was the problem.
