BSOD! Cant Adjust Brightness/Volume or Connect To Internet!

I was on some random website when I got the BSOD error code and automatic restart. I ran all my malware, spyware programs and got rid of everything. So, I restart my computer, and now I can't adjust the brightness. The place where you could do that is just not there. It doesn't let you. Not only that, it's as if I'm in safe mode, because I can't connect to the Internet or adjust the volume, but I'm not in safe mode, because everything's not blown up. Can someone please help me out? I'm losing my mind.

A repair install or restore from a backup before the problem started. You have one right??
