BSOD Cause?

Im not sure what happens but sometimes when putting the pc to sleep it blue screens on me.
this is rare but i cant find a reason for it..
any ideas?

Also, please visit the Corsair website and get the settings/timings/voltages for your RAM. Then set those settings in the BIOS of your motherboard (in other words, DON'T use the Auto setting for RAM in the BIOS). FYI - there are some memory issues with the P5 series of boards and this procedure helps many people (but not all).
