I'm having a hard time getting to the bottom of this. Any help would be appreciated. If it makes any difference, I was watching a video on my laptop when the BSOD came up...

Memory dump blames your Intel graphics driver. Please do the download/install a fresh copy of the latest compatible driver from http://downloadcenter.intel.com If not available there, then get it from the laptop manufacturer's support website.

Please uninstall Daemon Tools/Alcohol software as it is a known cause of BSOD's in Win7 systems.
Once uninstalled, please use this free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is fully removed: DuplexSecure - FAQ - Remove 32 bit sptd.sys

Please uninstall SpeedFan as the giveio.sys driver dates from 1996
Please uninstall the older CD/DVD program that uses pcouffin.sys (which dates from 2006)
