BSOD: ntoskrnl.exe, atihdw76.sys

I have had my computer BSOD twice (at leased 5 times now) in the past couple of days for seemingly no reason at random times.
My computer temps are all bellow 40c after reboot and I have nothing overclocked.

*update Nov 19.* Most BSod seem to happen when playing games. Mainly GTA 5 Online and Warframe.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance. :)

*update* I had my computer BSOD on me again and this time I had auto restart turned off. I caught that it mentioned a driver called atihdw76.sys. So I made sure my GPU drivers are up to date. They are, but I haven't messed with my GPU drivers since I installed them back in September.

I added a new dm log to the original post.

So I reinstalled my GPU drivers, Sadly it hasn't seemed to fix my problem. Im really lost as to what to do here. Maybe its my video memory failing? idk.

New dm log and a picture of the last BSOD has been added to the original post.

I wasn't able to find any drivers for ATI audio function on AMD's website.
I did double check what version of Catalyst Software Suite I have installed which are 15.7.1 just like the newsest drivers listed here:
AMD Catalyst™ Driver

OK. Try this please. Uninstall all ATI drivers including the Catalyst Software Suite. Reboot, then run Windows Update and install the ATI driver offered under Optional Updates. Afterwards use as normal and see if the system stays stable. Do NOT update further.

I uninstalled all amd drivers, rebooted, and installed the drivers windows update found. On the second reboot all I got was a black screen. Sadly, I stepped out of the room like an idiot so I don't know if it posted or not. (I'm posting from my phone at the moment.)

Boot in Safe Mode, then navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump.....is there a new BSOD .dmp file there?
