Solved BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe?

Hi guys I just got a BSOD from what looks like ntoskrnl.exe. I have been taking computer repair classes at my high-school because I love fixing computer but I have never seen this before and after some time spent researching I was wondering if this is a serious problem with my laptop. My laptop specs are; My computer is still less then a one years old.
Model:HP Pavilion dv6
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Ram: 8gb(Came with 6gb but I discharged one of the ram sticks by accident)
Processor:2nd Gen Intel Core i5
If I forgot anything please let me know and ill make sure to include it for this is my first time ever posting a forum. Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you for you time.

NEOFLTR_700_18809.SYS is causing the problem. I couldn't find a reference for it so it may be part of your McAfee AV system. Some AV programs are known to cause a D1 Bug Check code. Someone more familiar with this file may be along shortly.

Additional Info -
I found conflicting references to the NEOFLTR- prefix but none mentioned McAfee.
If you have Neoteris VPN software or Secure Application Manager from Juniper, check the owner site for an update.

Thank You so much for you help I did noticed after my computer recovered from the crash McAfee tried running a scan right after log on. I will go look for updates right now from Juniper. Thank you so much!
