So far no BSOD today. Was able to run the FFXIV:ARR Character Creation Benchmark earlier. I managed to make a character and run the benchmark test at 2 different displays without BSOD. I attempted to use it yesterday and BSOD'd twice while attempting to create a character. So far so good. Will report back with any dumps if they do occur. Waiting on a reply about those voltage levels, I'm not sure if those are good or not.

The only thing I haven't done out of all the recommendations you all have given is checking the cables inside the case. Could that be the cause? So far still no BSOD, but I'll probably do that if they do occur again.

It seems Skype makes you BSOD every time. Have you considered uninstalling Skype, at least for a little while. Maybe long enough for us to determine if Skype is the cause of all your problems.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. But that still had problems. I can try uninstalling it to see if that is the root cause. If that turns out to be true, is there a way to get it to allow me to use Skype? It's my main source of communication with friends and coworkers.

EDIT: Skype is uninstalled, I'll see how it goes from now on.

I can't answer your question about using skype without it being installed unless you have another computer like a laptop. It may not be Skype but it seems to get you almost every time. Sometimes it is 2 software programs that have driver conflicts. It could be a case like that.

Yeah, I have a laptop that's 2+ years old and runs everything fine. This PC is less than a week old so I don't know what program I could have that would interfere with Skype.

Got through several games of League of Legends and some tinkering with the FFXIV:ARR benchmark character creation then randomly BSOD'd. Skype was uninstalled during this time.

Here are the updated dumps.

What exactly does the 0xF4 code mean? Does it mean that the problem definitely lies with the storage device?

I'll be doing a clean reinstall later tonight when I get back from work. I'll post results after.

Almost. Either the Storage device itself, or something that has a meaningful bearing on th storage devices.

I can't get the USB/DVD Download Tool to recognize my flash drive. I haven't had this problem before when I was using it for Windows Defender Offline or for MemTest.

EDIT: Apparently, my system is registering my USB as an actual HDD, since it isn't listed under removable storage. I'm guessing that is because it's a 32GB USB flash drive. I found an 8GB that registered fine for the Tool.

The USB ports on my motherboard aren't recognizing my keyboard or mouse when I boot from the USB drive. What can I do to input to the system?

@Essenbe: It was registering on the system as another hard drive, I guess because of its size (32GB) not sure if that is actually the reason or not, just my thoughts. I just found an 8GB that actually showed up as "removable storage"

EDIT: Just restarted it and the USB devices powered on this time.

EDIT2: Quick question, my SSD is 128GB, but after deleting and repartitioning it, it shows up as ~112 GB, what is the reason for that?

Look at disk management. If you partitioned it, you may have some extra space on the end. But, a 128GB SSD will never give you 128GB, usually around 119 or so. They have to keep reserve nand cells to replace those that wear out and spread the data out for wear leveling.

The USB 2.0 should be natural to your motherboard and should work any time. USB 3.0 is different though.

Currently in the process of reinstalling Wireless software and drivers for hardware, so far no BSOD after the clean reinstall.

And yeah, I was just curious, I knew you never actually get 128GB but before I had around 119GB like you said, but now it's reading as 112GB total even after i deleted all the partitions. Was just curious as to why 7GB seem to go missing, although they won't make much of a difference in the long run.

Right click computer, select manage, in the left column select disk management. Look in the bottom portion of the screen and you should see your SSD and see if there is 'unallocated' space to the right of it, or any other partitions on it.
