Hello,

about 2 moths ago I changed my RAM from 8GB (2x4GB) to 16GB (2x8GB) - Kingston KVR16S11/8GB DDR3 1600MHz CL11... it was working smooth until yesterday, when I've got BSOD (don't know what causin' it because I was not around my laptop and when I came back there it was waiting for me - I didn't run any task which could be mentioned here, also).
I saw there something about memory so first thing what I did was, that I launched Windows Memory Diagnostic (standard) and I've got error saying that I should contact manufacturer. Windows started normally, and nothing' seemed to be problem. Than I run few times WMD again and finally there was no error,
so I tried MemTest86 (which took 11 hours) but I tried both 2 RAMs at the same time and there were 7 errors (link).

After that I was reinstalling one of a driver (USB3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver) which looked bad and while it was reinstalling there was BSOD again, but now I couldn't access Windows againd and also Safe Mode which was very weird. So I launched Windows Recovery and it succesfully repairded problem which was preventing Windows from start.

After that I run WDM (standard) again and there was no error found.
Finally, here is .zip from DM Log Collector (link).

I, think I should run MemTest86 again but separately - one RAM at a time, but I will do it at night (but when I was getting BSOD at starting Windows second time I tried these RAMs - one at a time - and BSOD appeared always until I launched Windows Recovery).
Thanks for your advice, but I have "bad" feeling that eventually I will have to fill a request for RMA.

PS.: I've run AdwCleaner, Malwarebytes, SpyBot, TDSSKiller

//EDIT: I've just tried again to reinstall that USB3.0 driver and again I get BSOD, so I tried it in Safe Mode and there it worked. I will check those RAMs at night eventually and post here about result.

//EDIT2 (Reply to Tews): Yes, I wrote that before :) so at night I run test again using only 1 stick at a time and result is one is alright (link), but other one is bad (link)... it was done in one slot, but it looks that slot is OK, anyway I will do test again in different slot for definite result

//EDIT3: All right, so it's definite, one RAM is ok, the other one is bad (now even with more errors). I am going to write request for RMA. // Request for RMA Sent // Waiting for reply

Your Memtest has failed ... period. Use 1 stick of ram in each of your memory slots to make sure that your MB doesn't have any problems. Presuming tha your MB passes, RMA your ram as needed... Good luck :)
