Hi everyone,

I have at my work a pc that people wanted me to check cause it did strange things.

Here is a list of what i have done so far:
- Run a full scan with ESET NOD32 - virus detected and cleaned
- Run a full scan with Free version Mailware bytes latest version - many virus and stuff detected and cleaned
- Did a memtest 4.1 test - 16 passes.
- I checked the memory dumps but i am not the expert that knows all so thats why i am here at this forum
- The 091812-17687-01.dmp is a dump after i did Driver Verifier according to your guide at the forum.

Anyway i hope you guys can tell me if there is anything else i should be doing according to the dumps.

Thanks in advance

Hi Koolkat77 and Anthony,

Thanks for the reply.
- I uninstalled the ESET & McAfee and installed the MSE. No virus detected by MSE.
- I upgraded the bios to the latest version.
- I did a SFC scan and i have uploaded the list. Windows cant repair all and i dont know where i should begin because its a mess.
- I run the Disk Check.
- I did install the SeaTool for windows and it gave a pass with the Short Test. Currently running the long version. If that gives a pass also should i still install and run the DoS version?
- I also installed the lastest version of the Video card.

- I do have 1 more problem and i am not sure if i should make a new thread but i am gonna ask it here anyway. The problem is when i put a USB-stick in the pc i am unable to install the driver. It gives me this message "This operation requires an interactive windows station". Any idea how i can fix this?

Thanks for the help

Thanks for reporting back.

No need to do the dos version now, let us know the result of the long pass.
How many times did you do the system file check?
It needs to be done more than 3 times. (sometimes)

Sorry for the delay but my boss turned off the pc while the long test was running. I am running it again now and about the sfc /scannow. It still gives problems after 3 times. The file is now 16mb so i wont upload it here.
