BSOD Closing games, error win32ks.sys

So been having blue screen error for a few. I some times minimize games while there open like rust , dota 2 etc and 30% of the time i will get the blue screen with win32ks.sys error. The main problem is i have google chrome open in the background and i play games and has soon has ive has enough nd close the game 70% of the time i get the win32ks.sys error it says it has dumped the error into a dump file but it hasn't... I have done a BSOD which is attached. I think maybe its a memory problem .

My specs are
amd 8120 8 core cpu
8gb memory
gtx 580
1000w bequiet! power supply
2x 300gb hard drives

I think its a hard drive problem so gonna upgrade to a ssd and hope it fixes the problem
