Bsod code: Irql_not_less_or_equal

OK.....I know there other threads on this code but I have read LOTS and none have helped me! So here goes....My unit has been running slow lately and couldnt figure it out. Yesterday It just shut off automatically and then restarted itsel. I did not boot in safe mode to see whats up, and after about 3 minutes I got the lovely BSOD with the code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL!!!!I know the code could be for any hardware or software prob...I think! But I started it in safe with networking after that and I am not very savvy with the whole IT thing, but couldnt get anything accomplished in safemode. I went back to a normal startup and it did it again...again....again...BUT, I did not always get the code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. So i shut down and was going to check all internal connections before i checked the boot record and the startup programs to see if i could catch where it was hanging up...But when I plugged it up and tried to start up, The machine came on and from what I could tell everything was getting power but my mouse, keyboard and monitor would not come on( checked ALL connections). so I left it be for the night to see if maybe it would help to let the capacitor(Spelling maybe wrong) empty and try in the morning. Well this morning It came on no problemand i was able to shut off all startup programs before it shutoff, and updated my graphics card driver and it has still been gettin the BSOD but not as often. It now varies from 2 mins to a couple hours. Sometimes It will just completely shut with no warnin , BSOD or anything and I have thought it was the power supply. It is monday night and Football is coming on so I will hope this will atleast get this thread started. I will post all of my machine specs and dump file first thing in the mornin and I appreciate all help that is given. And sorry for any bad grammar, trying to catch kickoff!
