Hi blackrabbit.

It is a stop 0x116, a display related error.

Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...alyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html#post17671, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.
ATI_zps0bc28aaa.jpg

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.
http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
Also let us know the wattage of the PSU.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

Let us know the results.

First off, thanks for the really fast reply!

My PSU is Antec 850w

I am using 2x r9 290 gpu

I am using this computer for mining so the gpu load is constantly at 100% when it is mining

Right now when I open my mining software at all it crashes and reboots the computer. Was running fine for close to a month

The link below says I need 608w of power for my system which should be enough since I am using 850w. But I am running both GPU at 100% load when the system is in use... is that a problem?

I will try and install latest drivers

If you have a 850 W PSU, apparently it is not a problem.

Run furmark test on both the GPUs, one by one.
