Solved BSOD consistently while playing most games

As per title, I can't play most games without the computer crashing after 10/20 minutes. Attaching diagnostics report.

The best place to start would be with a genuine installation of Windows 7. Cracked installations are difficult to diagnose and many BSOD analysts wont work on them because its difficult to track down issues with them

After a lot of research, trial and error, I think I managed to fix it. Apparently there was a conflict between the nvidia HD audio and realtek drivers. I disabled the NVidia audio driver and since then I still haven't got a crash.
