Hey there,

I have a 2012 R2 Server thats crashing like a mad man! I know.. not a Windows 7 machine, but you guys are the best at reading these logs.

Started at 7:10am this morning. Not sure what the server was doing at the time. Generally its only recurring task is Veeam.

Every time it reboots, gets to login screen for about 15 seconds then blue screens to a "BAD_POOL_CALLER" error.

Logs show anything?

Thanks!
Jim

Hi Jimstigator,

The crashes are being caused by a driver from Bitdefender Endpoint Security
Please download the Bitdefender uninstall tool to remove it or update the software of Bitdefender.

Thank you! I thought it was strange when I tried to normal boot and it wouldent let me turn on the three Bitdefender services then put itself back into selective boot.

I'll uninstall it immediately.

Again, thanks!
Jim
