Solved BSOD Constantly, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and BAD_POOL_HEADER

i get random bsod sometimes i open a program sometimes i just use browser.
In the bsod information i mainly get MEMORY_MANAGEMENT or BAD_POOL_HEADER . How can i fix this?

Please run the MGADIAG using the sf diag tool and post the results here

i runned memtest it found more than 10,000,000 errors overnight so i just bought new sticks and its resolved. thankyou
