BSOD, could be related to drivers needing to be updated.

Hello everyone. I have been getting BSOD's a lot lately, and I believe it could be due to some of my drivers needing to be updated. However, I have included a Mini-Dump for further examination, and to possibly rule it out completely. Help would be appreciated. Thank you so much. As mentioned, I believe it could have to do with updating my drivers... and I'm not very tech savy, so if anyone could recommend on how I can manually do it safely would be great.

Hello - thank you for the warm welcome!

OK - I figured this driver has been the root cause. I took a look at the page and am slightly confused as to which one I should be downloading.

Is there anyway you could help navigate me to the right one? If there's any information I can provide to make this easier, please let me know.

It seems that it has just grabbed the DMP files, im after the System Information ECT

Hello. Sorry about that. Here's the updated Zip file. The grab all option just kept copying the DMP files , so I did it all individually. The system info button didn't seem to work, as it said the file couldn't be found. So I used a program provided through the form here to just manually add in everything about my system in a text file. The last two buttons in the program didn't seem to work either.

Hope there's enough info in here to help you out OK. If there's anything else I can do, let me know.

OK - Quick question before I give it a try. Will the update work even though my model is not listed on the supported ones? The model number for my computer is VPCF244FD. I'm also from Canada so I wonder if that could effect it too.
