BSOD Crash Dump & diagnositc help, please

So i am running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, with 4 GB RAM. My Cpu is AMD Phenom II x 4 B50. Lately it seems my whole system is like, slowing down, and getting behind in tasks or something. But especially if trying to run multiple programs, while browsing the web, and doing other activities, then all of the sudden the screen goes black, the audio/music starts rapidly skipping. Then bam, the BSOD pops up. I am hoping anyone can help me. thanks
